SHIPPING & RETURNS

Natural Baby Skincare ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies. Due to the personalized nature of most products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you, but rest assured we are making all possible efforts to get your product to you at the earliest.

SHIPPING DURATION:

Each of the products sold on naturalbabyskincare.com has a different lead time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you. Please refer to the individual products for detailed information. The average shipping time for an order is 7-8 working days, and the average transit time is 2-4 days depending on location. Complete expected delivery time from the date of purchase can be considered as 10-12 working days.

In the case of orders with more than one product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will inform you via email in case your order is being shipped in parts.

For orders being shipped together, the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 2-3 days while other destinations could take up to 5 days to reach.

While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Natural Baby Skincare cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays, or situations beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

A shipping and handling charge of ₹100 is levied for orders below ₹2500. For orders above ₹2500, shipping is free. Express delivery charges, if applicable, will be as per actuals.

CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the personalized nature of the majority of the products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you wish to cancel/amend your order, please email us at info@naturalbabyskincare.com, and we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.

In the case of a refund due to order cancellation, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Due to hygiene and safety concerns regarding baby/kids products, as well as the personalized nature of the majority of the products, naturalbabyskincare.com has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.

If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a non-personalized product, please contact us at info@naturalbabyskincare.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

If we approve an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office in Mumbai within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you within 7 working days. If we are unable to replace the item due to a size not being available or the item being out of stock, we will provide you with a discount code that can be used against any future purchase on naturalbabyskincare.com or a refund that will be credited to your account within 7 working days.

There will be no cash returns for COD orders. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

In the event that a product arrives damaged, please email us at info@naturalbabyskincare.com within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product, and we will assist you. A new product will be couriered within 12 working days, or a refund will be processed and credited within 7 working days.
